Pricing: All prices are shown in Euros and we also accept Sterling.

Longer term lets (4 weeks and above) are available and attract a discount. Please ask for details. Please use the contacts page in the first instance, or E mail us directly at M@gician.net. You can also telephone us on 07977 034 676. We take a 20% deposit on booking, €100 retained against breakages and key deposit. Balance (i.e. 80% + €100) 8 weeks before arrival please. Full terms and conditions will be sent at the point of booking.

FOR 2024 SEASON DATES ARE:

LOW: 1 JAN – 30 APRIL  AND 11OCTOBER – 31 DEC : €550 PER WEEK.

HIGH: 1 MAY – 30 JUNE  AND 7 SEPT – 10 OCTOBER: €800 PER WEEK.

PEAK: 1 JUL – 6 SEPT:  €1100 PER WEEK.

IN ADDITION: There is a €50 final cleaning charge PER BOOKING, not per week or per person.  Contact us for availability. Flexible change over days except for peak season (1 Jul – 6 Sept) when it is Saturday to Saturday. All beds will have been made with freshly laundered linen for your arrival. All gas and electricity you use is included. In the unlikely event that the gas bottle runs out during your stay, please text or email us and we will arrange a replacement while you are there. The Villa has its own personal unlimited WiFi and that is free to use.
