All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. The beds will be made for you on arrival.
On the balcony is a storage box, full of beach chairs and inflatables etc. Do please use them during your stay.
In the wall unit you will find books, DVDs and CDs for all tastes as well as board and card games along with a tool kit, first aid kit and (although we hope you don’t need it) an umbrella! There will also be a few bottles of spirits and some wine. Feel free to have a drink, and we always appreciate it when guests replace what they have used.
The TV is an LG Smart TV with an Apple 4K box and soundbar. Through the Apple 4K box you can also access your own Netflix or Prime accounts etc if you have them at home.
On the top shelf in the wardrobe in this room is a travel cot. You will also find spare pillows and blankets in the wardrobes.
The kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and juicer and is fully stocked with cutlery and crockery, cookware, knives, glasses, cups, mugs and picnicware etc. There is also a coffee pod machine and a Nespresso aeroccino milk frother.
We provide a good hairdryer, hair straighteners, hot water bottle, iron and ironing board. Additionally, we have a travel cot with mattress which fits easily into either bedroom.
Guests can also use our large selection of portable beach chairs and sunbeds – and even a fold-up picnic table! We provide a picnic cool-bag, with cooling blocks in the freezer.
We do ask that if you are a smoker, please restrict smoking to the balcony. The property has air conditioning throughout as well as warm air central heating. It has its own hot water boiler, meaning plenty of hot water all day long.
We have also commissioned and bought an oil on canvas painting, based on Jack Vettriano’s famous “Billy Boys” but relocated to the beach at Calpe, with the rock in the background.
PAELLA STATION
A 50cm (suitable for at least 8 people) Paella burner and pan. Cook up a traditional Paella on our balcony, or just use it for a massive fry up! We welcome you to use our gas and burner, but should the gas run out during your stay and you need to replace it we will re-imburse you the (approx) €14 it will cost.
We have paired the smart TV up with a 100W LG Soundbar and subwoofer with Bluetooth connectivity, so you can connect your phone to it and play any music you have access to through the soundbar.
